Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Alacrio. By creating an account or using our website, web app, or mobile apps, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By creating an account, accessing alacrio.com, or using the Alacrio web app (app.alacrio.com) or Alacrio mobile apps (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Alacrio is an AI-powered proactive work assistant. When you connect your Gmail, Google Calendar, and/or Slack, Alacrio monitors your inbox, calendar, and messages for things that need your attention — unanswered emails, unprepared meetings, approaching deadlines, blocked tasks, and overload — and surfaces AI-generated alerts, summaries, and suggested draft replies via the Alacrio dashboard, email, or Slack. Alacrio is available as a web application and as mobile apps for iOS and Android.
To use Alacrio you must create an account using a valid email address and password, or by signing in with Google. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, and you agree to notify us promptly at hello@alacrio.com of any unauthorized use.
New accounts begin with a free trial period (currently 7 days), which includes a limited budget of AI-powered reasoning. After the trial ends, continued access to AI-powered alerts and drafts requires a paid Pro subscription, billed monthly in USD or INR via our payment processor, Razorpay.
Alerts, summaries, and draft replies are generated by an AI language model and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for your situation. Alacrio surfaces these as suggestions only — it does not send emails, post messages, or take any other action on your behalf without you reviewing and choosing to act on it. You are solely responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content before sending, posting, or otherwise relying on it.
Alacrio offers optional integrations with Gmail (via an IMAP app password you generate), Google Calendar (via Google sign-in), and Slack. How data from these integrations is accessed, used, and retained is described in our Privacy Policy. We also rely on third-party providers (including Anthropic for AI processing, Supabase for data storage, and Razorpay for payments) to operate the Service. Alacrio is not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of any third-party service, and your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

All content on this website and within the Service — including the Alacrio name, logo, design, copy, and code — is the exclusive property of Alacrio Tech LLP and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including trademark rights in the Alacrio™ name and mark. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Alacrio makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness of the Service — including any AI-generated alert, summary, or draft — for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alacrio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, or from any action you take based on AI-generated content — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may delete your account and associated data at any time via Alacrio's Settings page or our account deletion page.
Your use of Alacrio is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. For material changes, we will notify you by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
The Service is provided by Alacrio Tech LLP, a limited liability partnership incorporated in India (LLPIN: ACZ-6306), with its registered office at E-6 Fortune Glory, Tilak Nagar, Bhopal – 462039, Madhya Pradesh, India.
