Alacrio for Slack

Alacrio watches your email and calendar for the things that slip: a proposal with no reply, a client waiting on you, a call you haven't prepared for. When it finds one, it writes the follow-up and sends you an alert. With Slack connected, that alert arrives as a direct message, and you can approve the reply without opening your inbox.

Add Alacrio to Slack

You create an Alacrio account first (7-day free trial), then connect Slack from the Integrations page.

Approve and sendEdit and sendOpen in Alacrio

Approve and send sends that exact draft from your own mailbox. Edit and send lets you change it first. Nothing is sent until you press one of them.

How to connect

  1. Start your free trial at app.alacrio.com and connect Gmail or Outlook.
  2. Open Integrations and press Connect next to Slack.
  3. Approve the two permissions in Slack. Your next alert arrives as a DM from Alacrio.

Permissions

  • chat:write lets the Alacrio bot post your alerts.
  • im:write lets the bot open a direct message with you, the person who connected it.

Alacrio does not read your Slack messages, channels or member list. The details are in the privacy policy. Questions go to support.
