How to Request Deletion

Send an email to the address below from the email address associated with your Alacrio account, with the subject line "Delete my account":

What Gets Deleted

Once your request is verified, we permanently delete:

• Your account profile (name, email address, password)
• Connected integration access tokens (Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack)
• Activity history, alerts, drafts, and notifications generated for your account
• Any preferences and settings associated with your account

Timeline

We process deletion requests within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your data has been removed.

Revoking Third-Party Access Separately

If you've connected Gmail, Google Calendar, or Slack to Alacrio, deleting your Alacrio account removes our stored access tokens, but you can also revoke access directly at any time:

• Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions
• Slack: from your Slack workspace's App Management page

Data We May Retain

We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes (for example, billing records), even after account deletion. This data is retained only as long as legally necessary and is not used for any other purpose.
