Help
Email us and a person will reply, usually within one working day.
It helps if you tell us the email address on your Alacrio account and what you expected to happen. If an alert looks wrong, forward it or paste its subject line.
Connecting. Sign in at app.alacrio.com, open Integrations, and press Connect next to Slack. Slack asks you to approve two permissions: chat:write so the Alacrio bot can post your alerts, and im:write so it can open a direct message with you. Alacrio does not read your Slack messages.
Alerts are not arriving. Check that Slack shows as connected in Integrations. Alerts only go out when Alacrio finds something in your email or calendar that needs you, so a quiet day sends nothing. If it still looks stuck, disconnect and connect Slack again, then email us.
Disconnecting.Press Disconnect next to Slack in Alacrio's Integrations page, or remove the Alacrio app from your workspace's App Management page in Slack. Either one stops the alerts.
Gmail connects with an app password you create in your Google Account. Outlook connects by signing in with Microsoft. Alacrio sends an email only after you have read the draft and pressed send, in the dashboard or in Slack.
What we collect and why is in the privacy policy. To delete your account and everything connected to it, follow the steps on the account deletion page.
